Hearts on the Table was conceptualized by four college students taking up Multimedia Arts in De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.

Commonly known as The Millenial Coach, Dr Jose Angelo Culala is a certified clinical trauma professional who has validated Hearts on The Table and all its constituents as a helping tool for all to evaluate their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
He, as well as the rest of the Hearts on the Table team admit that Hearts on The Table cannot replace a proper consultation with a mental health professional to determine the state of one’s mental wellbeing.
It is merely a game designed to initiate dialogue and empower people to create the difficult conversations outside their comfort zone.
